This is a sample that has been tapered from 70° to 62° by dividing 360 degrees into 32 parts. Due to wire cutting, there will be an R of about 0.1 mm remaining at the bottom of the groove, but compared to electrode discharge machining, it is cost-effective as it does not require electrodes and the processing is faster.
